Blended Learning​​​​​​​

These courses are highly recommended for those who may not have the time to attend a full class (approx. 6 hours). Instead, the student will have the convenience of completing the course at their own pace. It could be completed at work, home, or wherever internet access is available. After successful completion of the online portion, the student will need to print out their certificate of completion and bring it to the hands-on skills session completed with the instructor (approx. 2.5 hours). Completing a blended learning course provides students with access to all information in the online course for 24 months after activation of their key. This will help to reinforce what they have learned. The prices indicated only reflect that of the classroom portion. You will need to purchase the online portion on your own. Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED Online - $50

This is the blended course for Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED. It is designed to prepare students to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. After successful completion of the online portion, the student will need to print out their certificate of completion and bring it to the hands-on skills session completed with the instructor (approx. 2.5 hours). The course can be used for initial or renewal training.

After completion of the course, students will be able to;

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Online - $50

It teaches students information needed to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. After successful completion of the online portion, the student will need to print out their certificate of completion and bring it to the hands-on skills session completed with the instructor (approx. 2.5 hours). Upon successful completion of both portions of the course, students receive a Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years.

The skills learned in this course will help you recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and help a person until EMS arrives. After successful completion of the online portion, the student will need to print out their certificate of completion and bring it to the hands-on skills session completed with the instructor (approx. 2.5 hours). The course can be used for initial or renewal training.

Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Online - $40
This self-directed eLearning course teaches employees how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements for bloodborne pathogens training. Students can complete this course on their own time as long as they have internet access. Once completed, the student will be able to print a certificate of completion as well as have access to all the information in the online portion for 12 months after activation of their key. This will help reinforce what they have learned. This course offers continuing education (CE) credit and does not need a skills session (classroom portion).
